Plage de Paloma
Hidden amidst a lush green landscape, La Paloma beach shines like a true jewel. This beach offers an unobstructed view of the cliffs of Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Eze. This beach is known for its unique location and serves as the starting and ending point of the Pointe Saint-Hospice hiking trail.
The iconic beach of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, designed in 1948 by architect André Deperi, was initially visited by Nice residents and a few lucky Americans who enjoyed this slice of paradise. Prominent guests included Matisse, Cocteau, Churchill, Roger Moore, Sean Connery, Elton John and Tom Cruise.
Plage de l’Aiguille
Aiguille (Plage de l'Aiguille) is located in the town of Théoule-sur-Mer, a very picturesque town in the south of France, 10 km from Cannes. The city is set amid spiraling mountain roads, villas and manicured gardens. The beach attracts attention even from the road. The beach is shaded by the surrounding reddish cliffs and dense vegetation. From above, the Bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands are clearly visible. The steep descent to this beach is more than worth it.
The "Billionaires' Bay", really known as Anse de l'Argent-Faux, is located at Cap d'Antibes at the foot of Villa Eilenroc. Formerly only accessible by boat, a footpath has been opened since 2011. In the lush Mediterranean heart of the Cap you will find beautiful villas hidden among the trees. This special place is cherished for its turquoise waters and safe, secluded enclave. Poet Paul Arène said: "The most beautiful thing about Antibes is its unparalleled cape where you will find everything: green myrtles, umbrella pines, jagged rocks and coves full of fish. On certain days it seems as if the seabed is paved with silver."
Plage de Pampelonne
The picturesque village of Ramatuelle is located on the 140 meter high Paillas hill, in the middle of the Saint-Tropez peninsula. With its narrow alleys and colorful houses, it provides a relaxing backdrop for a holiday stroll.
However, the most famous aspect of Ramatuelle is its famous beach: Pampelonne. This extensive sandy beach stretches for five kilometers and is surrounded by crystal clear sea water, with many creeks and inlets. Pampelonne beach runs from Cap Pinet to Cap Camarat and is dotted with various beach clubs, including the exclusive locations Tahiti Plage, Nikki Beach and Club 55.
Although Pampelonne Beach is often associated with Saint-Tropez, it actually falls within the territory of Ramatuelle. In addition to the private beaches, there are also public beaches available. Pampellone Beach even has a beach club open all year round: La Plage des Jumeaux.
Cap Taillat
Unlike the busy and vast Pampelonne Beach, L'Escalet Beach is surrounded by unspoilt nature, making it perfect for walking and relaxing.
A bay with crystal clear water and perfect white sand. This bay is littered with large tree trunks, one of which serves as a diving board for adventurous swimmers. For families with young children, caution is advised around the rocks.
The playful tree trunks on the beach provide shade and are an entertaining place for children. The beach gradually becomes quieter as you walk further. Although the walk may not be suitable for young children, those who make the journey will have a fantastic day.
Le Dramont
Plage du Dramont, located in Saint-Raphaël, was once a famous place to see the Île d'Or. The beach has red and pebble and sandy beaches and was popular for diving due to its unique underwater landscape. After World War II it became known worldwide as a D-Day landing site. Now it is a peaceful place to relax, swim, snorkel and kayak, with traces of the war still visible.
Île Sainte-Marguerite is unique with its clear blue waters, fragrant forests, cool breezes and smugglers' coves. There are many small beaches where it remains quiet.
Access only by boat; private yachts and floating bar available. That bar sails around the island serving drinks. Two restaurants on the island, including La Guerite for seafood dishes. Supplies from Provencal market for picnic.
